Phenolic insulation blocks to combine with specified FastFix clips. Use of insulation blocks will isolate the pipework from the pipe support and the surrounding environment. It will limit heat transfer from and to the pipework and prevent thermal bridging.

Insulation thicknesses available

Standard/stock = 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50
Additional thicknesses can be manufactured i.e. 60, 63, 65, 70, 75mm etc
Faced with reinforced low vapour permeability aluminium foil.

Insulation value:

<0.03 W/(mk) up to 2",
<0.03W/(mk) up to 5",
<0.04W/(mk) up to 12".
