The Pegler ResiFlow Valve, RES2 is a unique prefabricated utility array with the specific function of providing a potable water supply into multi occupancy high rise buildings. The primary function of the valve is to maintain system operating requirements by pressure reduction and allow ease of maintenance too the supplied dwelling via the easy shut off the water supply with extended handle isolation valve and easy access system draining via built in Draincock. Furthermore, it prevents system backflow using a built-in check valve. Both inlet and outlet pressures can easily be checked in the same location using the built-in pressure gauges, the integrated strainer ensures the system stays clean and debris free for a long life and a class D water meter can easily be installed in place of the blanking cap. All this comes fully encased in an elegant insulating jacket for a complete and refined solution
